Fibrous and Polymer Bungs
Huon Distributors stock a range of Fibrous and Polymer Bungs to assist those wishing to make their own salami and smallgoods such as Strasbourg, Devon and Brawn, etc.Fibrous Bungs have a breathable quality which allows the products within to dry, or to absorb smoke where required. Polymer Bungs are waterproof and are designed for water-bath or steam cooking processes.
All fibrous and polymer bungs can be stored indefinitely in a dark cupboard, and should be softened in water just prior to filling.
