The deep cut-out channels on the Fischer evolution 7 make it like using seven steel at once. Super fine and super efficient with a classic octagonal handle for comfort and grip. Aesthetically pleasing with an extra hard chrome coated shaft, the evolution 7 boasts a Rockwell hardness rating of 66RHC. (meaning it is suitable for even the hardest steel blades)
The magnetised flat shaft keeps microscopic steel particulates stuck to the steel while the scored flat surface provides great blade contact.
As with the entire Fischer range, these steels are produced under strict quality control at Fischer's modern factory in Thiers, France.
