Customers Please Note: When using the machine in the commercial bag setting, ensure the bag is at least 3/4 full and the air suction arm is placed as close to the product as possible. The bag opening also needs to be aligned in the main chamber. Placing the air suction arm underneath the product (where possible) produces the best results. If the air suction arm is not placed close enough to the product the bag collapses on itself and does not allow air to be removed.   **See image below**
